Sports and a commitment to community involvement keep this team at the top of the scoreboard.

The Powerhouse Real Estate team believes that building community is the guiding force behind everything they do. By giving back, supporting families and being a source of positive inspiration, team members are proud to shape the lives of young people and solidify their community bonds. Several team members have been involved in local sports from a young age and are pleased to encourage the next generations of local athletes. Agents Erin Thompson and Jaime Bedard support Springfield Township's soccer, baseball and softball teams, from youth to adult leagues. Powerhouse Real Estate is a sponsor of the scoreboard and snack bar at the local park, and team member Anthony Stagliano is a wrestling coach at Wissahickon High School. Agent Patrick Gilmore, meanwhile, serves as a volunteer firefighter at the Wissahickon Fire Company Relief Association. By supporting residents and assisting buyers and sellers, the Powerhouse Real Estate team helps build stronger, happier communities.

What better way to power up for autumn activities than with a nutrition-packed smoothie filled with the best flavors of fall. This rich, creamy, and surprisingly vegan smoothie provides all the deliciousness of a classic apple pie without any of the guilt. Apple and banana load in plenty of antioxidants and potassium. Peanut butter packs in the protein, while oatmeal delivers vital fiber. And there's no shortage of flavor with classic autumn spices and a touch of maple syrup. Whether raking leaves, heading out to the local turkey trot or watching the big game, fuel your fall with this great recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 medium sweet apple (with peel on)

• 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

• 1/4 cup rolled oats

• 1/2 cup chopped frozen banana (about half of a large banana)

• 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter

• 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup (to taste)

• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

• Pinch ground nutmeg

• Pinch ground allspice

• A small handful of ice

• Pinch of cinnamon to garnish

DIRECTIONS:

• Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.

• Garnish with cinnamon and enjoy.
