From a young age, we learn to associate fall with the season of new beginnings. Each school year brought time to reconnect with friends, exciting new classes and the return to a stable schedule. As we transition into adulthood, we may find that this feeling toward fall remains the same. The exciting distractions of summer fade away, leaving a renewed focus on ourselves, our routines and our surroundings.
